I apologize that I have not been actively posting as of late. I have been distracted by a move that I made last week within the Keller Williams franchise. I have been working out of the Minneapolis Lakes office even though I have lived in Forest Lake since fall of 2000. I was very happy at the Minneapolis office and had formed many relationships there, so I accepted the fact that I was a commuter and made the 80 mile round trip drive to the office. There is a Keller Williams office in Forest Lake, where I live, and I guess that driving past that office 10 minutes into my hour long commute finally got to me. The best part is that the North Suburban franchise operates the office in Forest Lake as well as the office in Vadnais Heights, at 35E and County Road E. Access to both offices gives me the convenience of an office close to home as well an office closer to the Metro Area for the convenience of my clients. In the language of Keller Williams this is a “win - win” situation. The short story is; I had a few meetings with the folks at Keller Williams Premier - North Suburban and decided that it was time for me to make the move. I want to thank everyone at Keller Williams Premier for taking care of everything necessary for the transfer, and making it all so effortless for me. I have been getting settled in at the new office and look forward to a great future there.
